At Citadex, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.
All new accounts receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of your annual renewal date and have not made significant use of the Service during that period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. Please contact us at support@citadex.io within 7 days of the charge.
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
• Service unavailability: If the Service experiences significant downtime (greater than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
• Annual plan — early cancellation: For annual plans cancelled within 7 days of purchase with minimal usage, we may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Cancellation after the 7-day window on annual plans
• Monthly subscription charges already processed
• Partial use of a billing period
• Failure to cancel before trial conversion
• Change of mind after active use of the Service
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (results may vary based on your domain and content)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
